"BROS connects me with other men on pathways towards vitality, health, thriving relationships, honest authentic connection and community."
Modern masculinity lacks connection. When we're disconnected from ourselves, we go wayward in the world. The BROS Online Circles serve as a one solution to remedy this cultural wound.
The value of a man lies in his emotional depth. We create spaces for men to safely explore the limits of all aspects of masculinity, with a focus on integrating the whole being.
BROS aims to reconnect men to their vitality - specifically focusing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development. We believe men who are more vital can add more value to their families, and the world around them.
The pinnacle of a man's expression is his ability to serve the world, his family, and himself. Our work centres around the aspect of "Chop Wood, Carry Water", a philosophy for life as devotional service.

Bros is solid. It’s a forum for men to step up and speak freely, and be heard without judgement. The forum is providing support and fellowship that is unique in New Zealand and I really like the Zoom circles where guys can log in from anywhere on the planet.

BROS has been an amazing container to explore what is means to be a man, especially relevant to these modern times. I feel resonant with the grounded approach, addressing multiple aspects of what it means to be a man, while also acknowledging our multidimensional nature as spirit beings.
Join our community of brothers who are chopping wood, carrying water and working every day to become better men. We're continuously growing and expanding our community, and we welcome you to sit around the fire with us.

This experience is what you want it to be. You will get what you desire from it, as a reflection of your commitment. So we encourage you to fully commit, and explore new territory of your own being.
It’s a space where men come together online to check in, drop in, and grow. We cover real stuff - purpose, mindset, emotions, leadership, relationships. It's a space to see and to be seen. To listen, and to be heard. There is simple power in that alone. No fluff. Just honest connection.
Any man over 18 who’s feeling the call.
New dads, young professionals, tradies, dudes navigating breakups, men wanting more out of life. If you’re ready to show up real — you belong here.
We open the space with breath + intention
Quick check-ins in small groups
Sharing around a prompt or theme
Reflections + group connection
Sometimes an accountability or “what’s alive” moment
We close the space together
Calls go for about 120 minutes, sometimes 5 mins over time.
At some point, yes. We've never had a man join our circle and not say a word. It's part of the medicine - for you, and for us. You don't have to say much, but contribution is essential.
Nah, this isn’t therapy or coaching. It’s brotherhood. Real men, real stories, real support — no one’s here to fix you, just to walk alongside you. Men do find it beneficial for their mental and emotional wellbeing, but we are not your saviour. Brotherhood can open the doorway, and you must walk through.
Pay what you like. Just hit checkout after inputting your name and email to sign up for free, or select "other amount" and leave the field blank. Your financial contributions helps us to keep the lights on, and share this work with more brothers.
Just show up. Ideally from a quiet space with good wifi and a tea or water nearby. Maybe have a journal. Most importantly, just be present and be you.
We get it — life happens. But if you can, be on time and stay the whole journey. It holds the vibe strong. If you do need to bounce early, just let a facilitator know.
100% confidential. What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle. Trust is the backbone of this work.
Each circle is held by trusted BROS facilitators — grounded, real men who are doing the work and know how to hold the space. No egos, no gurus. The facilitators may change each month, but you can be assured that we put a lot of time into preparation and holding the right vibe with the people we associate with.
Please do. Brotherhood grows best when you invite other men around you. Just flick them the link to this page and ask them to turn up fully.
Depends on the night — but common themes are:
Purpose + direction
Emotional awareness
Fatherhood + relationships
Masculine vitality
Self-discipline + mindset
Addiction & our shadow
Women & partnerships
Shame, stress, and resilience
If it’s real, it’s welcome.
